Our Story
Biltong Billy is run by husband and wife, Giovanni and Olivia Falco located in ST. Louis, MO. Biltong initially started with Gio, who one day missed the taste of the unmatchable beef snack that is popular in South Africa, where he is from. Gio created his own machine by hand to hang and dry the homemade biltong. It turned into friends and family being curious about this delicious snack. Needless to say once people would taste it, they fell in love with it immediately. Pretty quickly Biltong Billy became so popular we couldn’t keep up with the demand, so we found a more efficient way to sell biltong in bulk. That brings us to where we are now, a fully FDA approved small business, looking to expand and bring about the best nutritional biltong around the USA.
